Relay PublishWithdraw a waitlist registration
Email contact@relaypublish.com from the registered address to withdraw your request or ask for deletion. No Relay app account is required. This is separate from social account connections.
From the app
- Stop automatic monitoring and check active uploads.
- Open Settings, then Privacy and control (currently “Réglages”, then “Confidentialité et contrôle” in the French interface).
- Choose “Delete my Relay data” (“Supprimer mes données Relay”) and confirm.
This action clears stored connections, rules, history, notifications, transfer-folder files and local backups managed by Relay. It does not remove publications already on your networks.
Through support
Email contact@relaypublish.com with the accounts concerned, without a password or token. If you no longer have app access or a Drive copy has been created, mention it so we can check the relevant data and backups. The built-in tool does not automatically erase every external copy or all separate cover files.
Revoke permissions
Remove Relay access in the security or authorized-app settings of Instagram, Facebook, Google/YouTube, Threads, TikTok or Snapchat. Disconnecting in Relay stops the service using that connection; revocation at the network provides an additional control.
Publications and backups
Separately remove already published content on each platform if you wish. Encrypted external copies may remain until their 30-day rotation or be handled by support following your request. Networks and providers apply their own retention obligations.
