Read each destination’s result. “Upload accepted” and “Published” are different steps.
Settings let you disconnect accounts and delete service data.
Check that the Page is authorized in Facebook consent and that you have the required rights. Then choose the exact Page in Relay. If it is missing, reconnect Facebook and authorize that Page, then check the list again.
Check active destinations, approval mode and authorization status. In approval mode, you must confirm the content. An inaccessible file, format limit or denied permission may block preparation: open the tracking details.
Instagram must provide the image through its API and the destination must accept a custom cover. Some formats choose their own preview. You can view, replace or download the cover in Relay; the app flags detected restrictions.
A destination may allow fewer characters, require a separate title or impose hashtag rules. Relay adapts that destination, keeps the original and shows the version sent. AI is used only when adaptation is necessary, if enabled.
Reconnecting does not replace TikTok review or Snap allowlisting. These external approvals are still required. See integration status.
Monitoring and transfers run on the server. The app configures rules, approves content when needed and displays tracking. Expired permissions or a server incident can interrupt this workflow.
Pause monitoring in the publishing settings. This prevents new detections; already accepted uploads may continue. Check tracking to cancel operations that can still be cancelled.
No. Networks do not provide identical data and do not always define a view the same way. Relay flags missing metrics. A total of views is not a count of unique people.
Launch announced for 10 December 2026. The app is not yet on the App Store; availability remains subject to Apple approval. Join the waitlist for early access news. Check availability. No payment or public download is offered yet.
Include the network, exact message and incident time. Never send a password, API key or token.
