Prepare your Instagram videos for Facebook Pages, YouTube or Threads with Relay Publish. Here is what to check before choosing automation.
01
Start with an eligible account.
The supported automatic retrieval source is an authorized professional Instagram account. Relay must be able to access the video through the official API. A private link or a connected personal profile is not a guarantee of access.
02
Pick the actual destinations.
Authorize the Facebook Pages you manage, then select the right Page in Relay. Check the connected YouTube channel and Threads profile. Each destination keeps its own permissions and constraints.
03
Choose automatic or approval mode.
Automatic mode prepares eligible new Reels after detection. Approval mode keeps the video waiting while you check the cover, caption and destinations. Choose one workflow before relying on it.
04
Check content and rights.
Relay retrieves the original caption and cover when provided by Instagram. It adapts text and media for destination constraints. A destination may not accept the same cover; music licensed on Instagram may not be reusable elsewhere.
05
Follow the final publication.
Detection, preparation, upload and network processing take time. Check each destination’s confirmed status and final link. If access expires or a format is refused, follow the indicated correction instead of resending everything.
Not every network works the same way.
Relay organizes the workflow; it does not remove platform rules. See current capabilities and the exact access needed.
Facebook Pages
Choose a Page you manage, not your personal profile. Check that it is authorized and selected.
YouTube
Relay prepares a title and description. Channel eligibility affects custom thumbnails and platform restrictions may affect public visibility.
Threads
Prepare concise text and an accepted video format. Available results depend on permissions.
Relay keeps the original caption and the version sent to each network. AI assistance, when enabled, only intervenes when adaptation is needed. It may analyze the video: read the data-processing details before sending confidential content.
