1. Contact and scope
RelayPublish is the publisher of Relay Publish. For data processed by the service, the contact is contact@relaypublish.com. The public app launch is in preparation. This policy will be updated before opening, including the publisher’s professional address and conditions for user workspaces.
2. Data needed for publishing
Depending on the features used: account identifiers and names, authorized Pages and channels, OAuth tokens, publishing rules, videos and covers, metadata, original and adapted captions, statuses and final links, timestamps, errors and available statistics. This data is used to carry out your requests, secure connections, diagnose incidents and display tracking information.
3. Recipients and infrastructure
Platforms you authorize receive the content and information required for your selected publications. The server uses Oracle Cloud. Google Drive may receive encrypted backups when that option is configured and authorized. Infomaniak provides the domain and DNS management. Providers apply their own terms and processing locations.
4. Gemini assistance and content sent to Google
If AI analysis is enabled on the service, Relay sends the video and caption to Google Gemini when a destination requires text or hashtag adaptation. The video file is sent for analysis, not just a caption excerpt. The key stays on the server.
On the free tier, Google states that it may use inputs and responses to improve products, with possible human review. Do not use this analysis for sensitive or confidential data, or personal content you do not want to send to Google. Read the Gemini terms. Contact support before sending if you want to disable this analysis for your use.
Relay requests deletion of the Gemini file after analysis; Google also specifies expiry after 48 hours. Adaptations remain in tracking alongside the original. If Gemini is unavailable, a rules-based adaptation allows preparation to continue; this does not guarantee network acceptance.
5. Retention and backups
Connections are kept while useful and authorized. Content, history and working files are retained to perform and track publishing until deletion or the end of their usefulness. The current version does not apply a universal 7- or 30-day video purge.
Local backups rotate after 14 days. Drive copies, if enabled and successful, rotate after 30 days. Deletion may require intervention for these copies; see the dedicated procedure. Already published content remains subject to network rules.
6. Security
Official connections avoid sharing your password with Relay. Social tokens are encrypted at rest; public communications use HTTPS. These measures do not remove every risk. Do not include a secret key or token in a support request.
7. Visiting the website
This website loads no advertising, audience tracker, remote font or embedded social player. Visuals are hosted with the site. Technical logs may include IP address, date, URL and technical request details for security and diagnosis. Email shares the information you include and information handled by your email provider.
8. Your choices and rights
You can disconnect an account, revoke a permission and request access, correction or deletion of your data. Email contact@relaypublish.com. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary to avoid disclosing data to another person. Relay does not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising.
9. Early access waitlist
RelayPublish collects your first name, last name, email, selected profiles, language and consent timestamp to manage this waitlist and send early access and launch emails. Consent is requested through an unchecked checkbox; there is no general partner newsletter. Names, email and consent details are encrypted in the server database. They are not sent to Gemini or displayed publicly. The server and backups described above are used.
Active records expire after 12 months from registration; backup copies follow their 14-day local and 30-day Drive rotations when enabled. To withdraw, correct or delete your registration, email contact@relaypublish.com. Early access invitations depend on availability; joining is not an immediate access guarantee. The announced launch is 10 December 2026, with App Store availability subject to Apple approval.
