The short answer
The Facebook account grants access. The selected Page is the destination. Check its name, granted permissions and selection inside your publishing tool before uploading.
1. Separate the login profile from the destination
Your personal name may appear during Facebook authorization even when you want to publish for a brand. That step identifies the person granting access; it should not be confused with the Page receiving the video.
For a Page workflow, the decisive check is the destination shown in Relay. The example “Relay Publish” represents a demonstration Page, not a post on a personal profile.
2. Authorize the Pages you actually need
Use the official consent page to check relevant Pages and requested permissions. Authorizing several Pages may make them available in the tool; it does not mean every video should be sent to all of them.
Relay cannot grant Facebook permissions your account does not have. If a Page is missing, check your access in Facebook, then reconnect if required. Never share a password or token to troubleshoot the issue.
3. Select the Page in your publishing workflow
After connecting, open Diffusion and the Facebook Page selection. Compare names and choose the relevant brand’s Page. Also check the ordered destinations list: it is separate from the Pages you have merely authorized.

Destination: Facebook Page Relay Publish.
Another managed Page: not selected for this workflow.
When managing several clients, keep connections in dedicated workspaces. Check the active workspace name before adding an account or editing a rule. A Facebook authorization is not a reason to mix their content.
4. Check the setup before automating
For a first upload or a Page change, With approval mode gives you a chance to review the video, text and destinations. Choose automatic mode when the setup matches your intention; already prepared uploads may keep their earlier mode.
After uploading, the final link should lead to the right Page. Another network’s success does not prove Facebook published. If a destination fails, follow that upload’s diagnosis rather than republishing everything.
What Relay helps with, and what Facebook controls
Relay organizes selection and tracking for authorized Pages. Facebook still controls permissions, processing and restrictions. A connected account may later need reconnection; a received file may still be processing.
The public app is in preparation. Before joining the waitlist, check integrations and social permissions for capabilities and requirements.
Before you move on
